Modern Woodmen of America, a fraternal financial services organization headquartered in Rock Island, Illinois, has appointed three new officers to its leadership team, effective April 1.
Stew Lyman, Moline, Illinois, has been named chief distribution and agency officer and senior vice president. Stew began his Modern Woodmen career in 2001, in the organization’s Field Development area. Most recently, he served as the assistant chief distribution and marketing officer. In his new role, Stew is responsible for the organization’s field growth and development, and he oversees its Agency Department operations.
Chuck Simms, Geneseo, Illinois, has been named chief products and sales officer and vice president. Chuck joined Modern Woodmen in 2001, in its Qualified Plans Department. Previously director of products and sales, he is responsible for Modern Woodmen’s product development, sales support and field training.
Leah White, Davenport, Iowa, has been named chief marketing officer and senior vice president. Leah joined the organization’s Agency Department in 2003. She has most recently served as the director of Enterprise Marketing and Communications. In her new role, Leah is responsible for all of Modern Woodmen’s marketing, communications and branding efforts.
